  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. To access the CNS51 transaction code, enter “CNS51” in the command field on the SAP Easy Access screen. 
  2. The initial screen will display a list of existing PRTs. 
  3. To create a new PRT, click on the “Create” button at the top of the screen. 
  4. Enter the required information for the new PRT and click “Save” when finished. 
  5. To change an existing PRT, select it from the list and click on the “Change” button at the top of the screen. 
  6. Enter any changes and click “Save” when finished. 
  7. To delete an existing PRT, select it from the list and click on the “Delete” button at the top of the screen. 
  8. Confirm that you want to delete the PRT and click “Yes” when prompted. 
  9. To view details of an existing PRT, select it from the list and click on the “Display” button at
