  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  To use the BDT GUI Additional Functions, follow these steps 
  1. Enter the transaction code BUS9 in the command field of the SAP system. 
  2. The BDT GUI Additional Functions will open in a new window. 
  3. Select the object type you want to work with from the list of available objects. 
  4. Use the graphical user interface (GUI) to create, edit, or delete the object you selected. 
  5. To create a query, select “Create Query” from the menu bar and enter your query parameters in the dialog box that appears. 
  6. To execute a query, select “Execute Query” from the menu bar
