  • Description: A software feature in the SAP collaboration portal that allows you to display a list of business documents in a large table. You can switch between the detail view and the table view to display your data. On a mobile device, you can only use the detail view.

    Table view is a feature in SAP Transportation Management (TM) that allows users to view and manage data in a tabular format. It provides an easy-to-use interface for viewing and manipulating data, such as creating, editing, and deleting records. Table view also allows users to filter and sort data, as well as customize the display of columns. 
    
    How to use it: 
    Table view can be accessed from the main menu of SAP TM. Once in the table view, users can select the table they wish to view from the list of available tables. Once a table is selected, users can then add, edit, or delete records from the table. Additionally, users can filter and sort data by selecting specific criteria from the drop-down menus. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When using table view, it is important to remember that any changes made to the data will be saved automatically. Additionally, users can customize the display of columns by selecting which columns they wish to show or hide. This can be done by clicking on the “Columns” button at the top of the table view window.
