    A work item is an object in the SAP Solution Manager system that is used to track and manage tasks. It is a type of workflow object that can be used to assign tasks to users, track progress, and store information related to the task. Work items are created in the SAP Solution Manager system and can be assigned to users or groups of users. 
    
    How to use it: 
    Work items can be created in the SAP Solution Manager system by selecting the “Create Work Item” option from the menu. This will open a form where you can enter information about the task, such as a description, assignee, due date, and priority. Once the work item is created, it can be assigned to users or groups of users. The assignee will receive an email notification with a link to the work item. The assignee can then view the work item and update its status as they complete the task. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When creating a work item, it is important to provide as much detail as possible so that the assignee knows exactly what needs to be done. Additionally, it is important to set realistic due dates for tasks so that they can be completed on time.
