    Unused Data is a feature of the SAP Solution Manager (SV-SMG) that allows users to identify and delete unnecessary data from their system. This helps to reduce the amount of storage space needed and improve system performance. Unused Data can be identified by running a report in the Solution Manager, which will list all the data that has not been used in a certain period of time. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To use Unused Data, first log into the SAP Solution Manager. Then, go to the “Data Management” tab and select “Unused Data” from the drop-down menu. This will open a report that lists all the data that has not been used in a certain period of time. From here, you can select which data you want to delete and click “Delete” to remove it from your system. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    It is important to note that deleting Unused Data can have an impact on system performance, so it is important to only delete data that is truly unnecessary. Additionally, it is recommended to run the Unused Data report on a regular basis to ensure that your system is running optimally.
