  To create a change package, you must first select the objects that you want to include in the package. This can be done by selecting them in the Change and Transport System (CTS) or by using the Change Package Builder. Once you have selected the objects, you can create the package by clicking on the “Create” button. The package will then be stored in the CTS and can be transported to other systems.
