    Tenant type is a term used in SAP Cloud Application Lifecycle Management (SV-CLM). It refers to the type of tenant that is created when a customer subscribes to the SAP Cloud Platform. Tenant types can be either “production” or “non-production”. Production tenants are used for production workloads, while non-production tenants are used for development and testing purposes.
    
    How to use it: 
    When creating a tenant in SV-CLM, the customer must specify the tenant type. If the customer is creating a tenant for production workloads, they should select “production” as the tenant type. If the customer is creating a tenant for development and testing purposes, they should select “non-production” as the tenant type.
