  A recipient in the context of SAP Cloud Application Lifecycle Management (SV-CLM) is a user or group of users who are assigned to receive notifications about changes in the system. Recipients can be assigned to receive notifications about changes in the system, such as when a new version of an application is released or when a new feature is added. 
  
  How to use it: 
  In order to assign recipients to receive notifications, an administrator must first create a recipient list. This list can be created by selecting the “Recipients” tab in the SV-CLM application and then selecting “Create Recipient List”. The administrator can then add users or groups of users to the list.
