"reminder sent": Indicates that the questionnaire has been sent to a participant and because the participant has not responded, a reminder about an approaching survey deadline has also been sent out. "returned": Indicates that a questionnaire has been sent to, filled out by, and sent back by a participant. "reviewed": Indicates that a questionnaire has been sent to, filled out by, and returned by a participant, and has subsequently been checked by a reviewer.
