    Adopt old conditions is a feature in SAP SRM-Purchase Requests and Orders that allows users to copy the conditions from a previous purchase order into a new purchase order. This feature is useful for quickly creating new purchase orders with the same conditions as an existing purchase order. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To use the adopt old conditions feature, open the purchase order you want to copy the conditions from and select the “Adopt Old Conditions” button. This will open a window where you can select which conditions you want to copy. Once you have selected the conditions, click “OK” and the conditions will be copied into your new purchase order. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When using the adopt old conditions feature, make sure to double check that all of the conditions have been copied correctly. It is also important to note that this feature only works for purchase orders that have been created in the same system.
