  • Key Concepts:
Task-creation level is a concept used in SAP's SCM-Warehousing and Manufacturing Execution (SRD-SCM-WME) component. It is used to define the level of detail at which tasks are created. This can be done at the order, delivery, or material level.

    How to use it:
Task-creation level is used to determine the granularity of tasks that are created in the system. For example, if the task-creation level is set to order, then tasks will be created for each order. If it is set to delivery, then tasks will be created for each delivery. Similarly, if it is set to material, then tasks will be created for each material.

    Tips & Tricks:
It is important to choose the right task-creation level for your system. If the task-creation level is too low, then there may be too many tasks created and it can become difficult to manage them. On the other hand, if the task-creation level is too high, then there may not be enough detail in the tasks and it can become difficult to track progress.

    Related Information:
The task-creation level concept is closely related to other concepts such as task types and task statuses. Task types are used to define what type of task needs to be performed (e.g., picking, packing, etc.), while task statuses are used to track the progress of a task (e.g., open, in progress, completed).
