    The confirmation date is used to confirm the validity of a goods receipt or goods issue. When a goods receipt or goods issue is created, the confirmation date is set to the current date. If the goods receipt or goods issue is not confirmed within a certain period of time, it will be considered invalid and will be deleted from the system.
