    Periods per season is a term used in SAP Demand Planning (SRD-SCM-DP). It is a setting that determines the number of periods that are grouped together to form a season. For example, if the setting is set to 4, then four periods will be grouped together to form one season. 
    
    How to use it: 
    In order to use periods per season in SAP Demand Planning, you must first access the Demand Planning Settings screen. From there, you can select the “Periods per Season” option and enter the desired number of periods. Once you have saved your changes, the system will group the specified number of periods together to form one season. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When setting up periods per season in SAP Demand Planning, it is important to consider the length of each period and how many periods you want to group together. For example, if you have monthly periods and want to group them into quarters, then you would set the “Periods per Season” setting to 3.
