    Expand is a term used in SAP Organization Management (OM) to refer to the process of adding additional organizational units to an existing organizational structure. This process is used to create a hierarchical structure of organizational units, which can be used to manage and control the activities of an organization. 
    
    How to use it: 
    In order to expand an existing organizational structure, users must first create a new organizational unit. This can be done by selecting the “Create” option from the OM menu. Once the new organizational unit has been created, users can then select the “Expand” option from the OM menu. This will allow users to add the new organizational unit to an existing structure.
