  • Key Concepts:
Accrual is a feature in SAP Time Management that allows employees to accumulate and store time off for future use. This includes vacation, sick, and other types of leave. Accrual is based on the employee's work schedule and can be configured to meet the company's specific needs.

    How to Use It:
Accrual can be set up in SAP Time Management by creating an accrual plan. This plan defines the rules for how much time off an employee can accrue, when they can use it, and how it will be calculated. Once the plan is created, it can be assigned to individual employees or groups of employees.

    Tips & Tricks:
When setting up an accrual plan, it is important to consider the company's policies and procedures. For example, if an employee has a certain amount of vacation time that they are allowed to carry over from year to year, this should be taken into account when setting up the accrual plan.
