  • Key Concepts:
An authorization key is a unique code that is used to grant access to certain SAP functions and features. It is used to control who can access certain areas of the system and what they can do within those areas. In the SRD-CRM CRM-Customer Relationship Management component, an authorization key is used to control who can access customer data and what they can do with it.

    How to use it:
In order to use an authorization key, a user must first be granted access to the system by an administrator. Once the user has been granted access, they will be given an authorization key which they can use to access the system. The user must then enter the authorization key into the system in order to gain access to the customer data.

    Tips & Tricks:
It is important to keep your authorization key secure and not share it with anyone else. If someone else gains access to your authorization key, they could potentially gain access to your customer data and make changes without your knowledge or permission.
