  • Description: The creation of several invoicing documents from one preceding document such as a sales order or delivery based on the split criteria. Smart SAP Assistant

  • Key Concepts:
Invoice split is a feature in SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) that allows users to divide an invoice into multiple parts. This feature is useful for customers who need to pay for multiple items on one invoice, or for customers who need to pay for items in different currencies.

    How to use it:
To use the invoice split feature, users must first create an invoice in SAP CRM. Once the invoice is created, users can select the “Split” option from the menu. This will open a window where users can enter the details of the items they wish to split the invoice into. Users can then enter the amount and currency of each item, as well as any additional information needed. Once all of the information is entered, users can click “Save” to save the split invoice.

    Tips & Tricks:
When using the invoice split feature, it is important to make sure that all of the information entered is accurate. This will ensure that the invoice is properly split and that all of the items are accounted for. Additionally, it is important to make sure that all of the items are in the same currency, as this will make it easier to reconcile payments later on.
