  • Description: A work center view where you can view a list of requests due to be invoiced. Such documents can be sales or service orders, service confirmations, deliveries or returns, project or manual invoice requests. On the basis of invoice requests, invoicing documents can be created automatically during invoice runs or manually.

    Invoice Requests is a component of the SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module. It enables customers to request invoices for goods and services they have purchased. The component allows customers to enter their invoice details, such as the invoice number, date, and amount, and submit the request to the company. The company can then review the request and approve or reject it. 
    
    How to Use It: 
    To use Invoice Requests, customers must first log into their SAP CRM account. Once logged in, they can select the “Invoice Requests” option from the main menu. This will open a form where customers can enter their invoice details. Once all the details are entered, customers can submit the request for review.
