  • Key Concepts: A contact person is a person associated with an account in SAP. This person is responsible for managing the account and providing customer service. The contact person can be an employee of the company, a customer, or a third-party vendor.
    How to use it: In SAP, contact persons are created and managed in the Account Management component. To create a contact person, go to the Account Management tab and select “Create Contact Person”. Enter the contact person’s name, address, phone number, and other relevant information. Once the contact person is created, they can be assigned to an account.
