  • Key Concepts: A print queue is a feature of the SAP System Release and Deployment (SRD-CC) Cross-Components. It is a list of documents that are waiting to be printed. The documents can be printed in the order they were added to the queue, or they can be sorted according to certain criteria.
How to use it: To use the print queue, you first need to add documents to it. This can be done by selecting the documents you want to print and then clicking on the “Add to Print Queue” button. Once the documents have been added, you can view the queue by clicking on the “View Print Queue” button. From here, you can sort the documents according to certain criteria, such as document type or date created. You can also delete documents from the queue if needed.
Tips & Tricks: When adding documents to the print queue, make sure that you select only those documents that you actually need to print. This will help keep your print queue organized and make it easier to find specific documents when needed.
