What is locked in SAP SRD-CC - Cross-Components?

  • Key Concepts: 
    Locked is a status in the SRD-CC Cross-Components component of SAP. It indicates that the object is not available for editing or deletion. This status is used to protect objects from accidental changes or deletions. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To lock an object, select the object and click the “Lock” button in the toolbar. This will prevent any changes or deletions from being made to the object. To unlock an object, select the object and click the “Unlock” button in the toolbar. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When locking an object, make sure to note why it was locked and when it should be unlocked. This will help ensure that objects are not locked for too long and that they are unlocked when necessary.
