    Aggregate is a term used in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) to refer to the grouping of multiple documents into a single document. This allows for easier tracking and management of documents, as well as improved visibility into the status of shipments. 
    
    How to use it: 
    In SAP GTS, users can aggregate multiple documents into a single document by selecting the “Aggregate” option from the menu. This will open a window where users can select the documents they wish to aggregate. Once selected, the documents will be combined into a single document. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When aggregating documents, it is important to ensure that all of the documents are related to the same shipment or transaction. This will ensure that all of the relevant information is included in the aggregated document. Additionally, it is important to check that all of the documents are valid and up-to-date before aggregating them.
