Key Concepts: Latest expiration is a feature in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) that allows users to set an expiration date for a customer's credit limit. This expiration date is used to determine when the customer's credit limit should be reviewed and updated. The latest expiration date is also used to determine when the customer's credit limit should be reset if it has been exceeded. How to use it: To set the latest expiration date for a customer's credit limit, go to the SD Sales and Distribution module and select the customer in question. Then, select the “Credit Limit” tab and enter the desired expiration date in the “Latest Expiration” field. Once this is done, click “Save” to save the changes. Tips & Tricks: It is important to remember that the latest expiration date should be set before the customer's credit limit is exceeded. If the customer's credit limit is exceeded before the latest expiration date is set, then the customer's credit limit will not be reset until after the latest expiration date has passed.
