    Expiration date is a term used in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) to refer to the date when a document, such as a sales order, is no longer valid. This date is set by the user when creating the document and can be changed at any time. The expiration date is used to ensure that documents are not processed after their validity has expired.
    
    How to use it: 
    In SAP SD, the expiration date of a document can be set when creating the document or at any time afterwards. To set the expiration date, go to the document header and select the “Expiration Date” field. Enter the desired date and save the document. The expiration date will then be displayed in the document header.
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    It is important to remember that setting an expiration date does not automatically delete or invalidate the document. The expiration date only serves as a reminder that the document should not be processed after its validity has expired. It is up to the user to manually delete or invalidate documents after their expiration dates have passed.
