  • Description: Statistical classification for exports from the United States of America. In the United States, numbers used to classify exported products are called 'Schedule B' numbers. Schedule B numbers, not HTS numbers, must be provided on the Shipper's Export Declaration SED. The Schedule B system is administered by the U.S. Census Bureau. The U.S. Census Bureau uses SEDs and Schedule B numbers to calculate U.S. export statistics.
