  • Description: Required where goods are exported from one country to another and both countries have a trade agreement. These certificates ensure preference eligibility. Movement certificates are for example: EUR.1 for movement of goods between the European Community EC and its preference agreement partner countries or regions. A.TR for movement of goods between the EC and Turkey; This is an open market certificate that results in preference eligibility based on an agreement between the EC and Turkey.
