The seller must pay the costs and bear the risks of transporting the goods to the destination, excluding duties, taxes and other official import charges. The seller must pay the costs and bear the risks of performing customs formalities. The buyer must pay additional costs and bear risks caused by the buyer's failure to clear the goods for import in time. This term can be used for all modes of transport.
