• Description: In the Create Documents app Fiori, users can create and view temporary billing documents before creating billing documents in their final form. These temporary billing documents are not persisted and only exist while the user is displaying them and deciding whether to save or discard them. They can be neither output nor posted to accounting. Saving them converts temporary billing documents to final billing documents for example, invoices that can be sent to customers to request payment. Because temporary billing documents draw from their own dedicated number range, this approach has the benefit that fewer numbers in the billing document number range are wasted on the creation of incorrect billing documents.
