  • Key Concepts: Acknowledge is a term used in the SAP SCM-ICH-REL Scheduling Agreement Release component. It is a process that allows the supplier to confirm that they have received and accepted the release order from the customer. The supplier can then proceed with fulfilling the order.
    How to use it: In order to acknowledge a release order, the supplier must first log into their SAP system and navigate to the SCM-ICH-REL Scheduling Agreement Release component. Once there, they will be able to view all of the release orders that have been sent to them by customers. The supplier can then select the order they wish to acknowledge and click on the “acknowledge” button. This will send a confirmation back to the customer that the supplier has accepted the order.
