  • Key Concepts:
Quantity ratio is a feature in SAP's Demand Planning component of the Supply Chain Management - Integrated Business Planning (SCM-IBP) suite. It is used to compare the actual quantity of a product to the forecasted quantity. This comparison helps to identify any discrepancies between the two values and can be used to adjust the forecast accordingly.

    How to use it:
The quantity ratio can be accessed in the Demand Planning component of SCM-IBP. Once there, select the product you wish to compare and then select the “Quantity Ratio” option. This will display a graph that shows the actual quantity of the product compared to the forecasted quantity.

    Tips & Tricks:
When using the quantity ratio feature, it is important to remember that it only compares the actual and forecasted quantities for a single product. If you need to compare multiple products, you will need to use a different feature such as “Multiple Product Comparison”.
