  • Key Concepts:
Stored planning level is a feature of the SAP IBP Configuration component that allows users to store and manage different versions of their planning data. This feature allows users to save multiple versions of their planning data, such as different scenarios or versions of the same plan, and switch between them quickly and easily. This helps users to compare different plans and make better decisions.

    How to use it:
To use the stored planning level feature, users must first create a new version of their plan. This can be done by selecting the “Create New Version” option from the menu. Once the new version is created, users can then switch between different versions of their plan by selecting the “Switch Version” option from the menu.

    Tips & Tricks:
When creating a new version of a plan, it is important to give it a descriptive name so that it can be easily identified later. Additionally, it is important to remember to save any changes made to a plan before switching to another version.
