SAP Term: base planning level

  • Description: The most granular planning level at which key figure values are stored in the database. A planning level can be used as the base planning level of a key figure, and as a calculation level of a different key figure. Each key figure, except for helper key figures, must have a base planning level. Key figure values cannot be disaggregated to a more granular planning level than the base planning level.
