What is direct link in SAP SCM-EM - Event Management?

• Description: Provides an access to event handler detail data. The direct link allows a look at a specific tracking process without logging on to SAP SAP EM. For example, SAP EM sends an alert for an overdue delivery which contains a direct link to the corresponding event handler detail data. The recipient can access the event handler detail data that belong to this delivery, without logging on to SAP EM.
