What is characteristic in SAP SCM-BAS - SCM Basis?

  • Description: Parameter that is the key for time series data. In time series data management TSDM, you can manage time series data types with a maximum of four characteristics. Three of the characteristics are the GUIDs product, location, and a freely-definable characteristic. The fourth characteristic is the version: for each interface call, the system always accesses TSDM data for exactly one version.
