If a product is to be substituted by a successor product during product supersession, the demand for this product is transferred to the successor product in the Supply Network Planning run. The system then creates a receipt an SNP product substitution order for the predecessor product in the "Substitution Receipt" key figure to clear the demand for the product and creates a demand for the successor product in the "Substitution Demand" key figure to transfer the demand to this product.
