The priorities are split into three categories: Stock transfers for fulfilling current demands and shortfall quantities Stock transfers for fulfilling demands based on a specified target stock level Stock transfers that represent a surplus delivery exceeding the target stock level The Transport Load Builder TLB or transportation planner use this priority to optimize creation of TLB shipments.
