A time stream ID for data that is saved in buckets finer than days. The time stream must be as long as or longer than the horizon. It must not be shorter than the horizon. The number of days for data that is saved in a fixed number of rolling days at the beginning of the planning horizon, and after that in a larger bucket. Weekly data that falls into two months is saved in separate storage buckets.
