    A tenant is a logical instance of SAP Business One (SBO) that is used to separate different companies or organizations within the same database. It allows for multiple companies to be managed within the same system, while still keeping their data separate. Each tenant has its own set of users, settings, and data. 
    
    How to use it: 
    Tenants are used to manage multiple companies within the same system. To create a new tenant, an administrator must first create a new company in SBO. Once the company is created, the administrator can assign users to the tenant and configure settings for the tenant. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When creating a new tenant, it is important to ensure that all users have access to the correct data and settings. It is also important to ensure that each tenant has its own unique name and identifier so that it can be easily identified in the system.
