    How to Use it: 
    In SBO, service contracts can be created by navigating to the “Service Contracts” tab in the main menu. From there, users can create a new service contract by entering the customer’s information, selecting the services to be provided, and setting any applicable fees. Once all of the information is entered, users can save the service contract and it will be available for review and approval.

    When creating a service contract in SBO, it is important to ensure that all of the information is accurate and up-to-date. Additionally, it is important to review any applicable terms and conditions before signing off on the agreement. This will help ensure that both parties are aware of their responsibilities and that all expectations are met.
