  • Key Concepts: 
    A report instance is a feature of SAP Business One (SBO) that allows users to save a report with specific filters and settings. This allows users to quickly access the same report with the same settings without having to re-enter the filters and settings each time. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To create a report instance, open the report you wish to save and enter the desired filters and settings. Once you have done this, click on the “Save As” button in the top right corner of the report window. This will open a window where you can enter a name for your report instance and save it. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When creating a report instance, it is important to give it a descriptive name so that you can easily identify it later. Additionally, you can also save multiple versions of the same report with different filters and settings by creating multiple report instances.
