    A queue in SAP Business One (SBO) is a list of tasks that are waiting to be processed. It is used to manage the order in which tasks are completed and can be used to prioritize tasks. Queues can be used to store documents, such as sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices, as well as other tasks such as customer service requests. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To use a queue in SBO, you must first create a queue. This can be done by going to the Administration menu and selecting Queues. From there, you can create a new queue and assign it a name and description. Once the queue is created, you can add tasks to it by selecting the task type from the drop-down menu and entering the details of the task. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When creating queues in SBO, it is important to assign them meaningful names so that they are easy to identify. Additionally, it is helpful to assign tasks to queues based on their priority level so that they can be processed in the correct order.
