  • Key Concepts:
A passcode is a unique combination of numbers and/or letters used to authenticate a user's identity and access to SAP Business One (SBO). It is used to protect the system from unauthorized access and to ensure that only authorized users can access the system.

    How to use it:
To use a passcode, a user must first create an account in SBO. Once the account is created, the user will be prompted to enter a passcode. The passcode must be entered correctly in order for the user to gain access to the system. The passcode can be changed at any time by the user.

    Tips & Tricks:
It is important to choose a strong passcode that is difficult for others to guess. A strong passcode should include a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special characters. It should also be changed regularly to ensure maximum security.
