Key Concepts: Document Drafts are a feature of SAP Business One (SBO) that allows users to save documents in an incomplete state. Document Drafts can be used for any type of document, including sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and more. How to use it: To create a Document Draft in SBO, simply open the document you wish to save and click the “Save as Draft” button. This will save the document in an incomplete state, allowing you to come back to it later. To access your Document Drafts, go to the “Documents” tab and select “Drafts” from the drop-down menu. Tips & Tricks: When creating a Document Draft, make sure to give it a descriptive name so that you can easily find it later. Additionally, you can add notes or comments to your Document Drafts so that you can remember what changes you need to make when you come back to them.
