    Tips & Tricks: 
    When searching for documents using the DIN, make sure to enter the full 10-digit number. If you enter only part of the number, you may not get the desired results.

    The DIN is also used to track changes made to documents over time. This allows users to easily view previous versions of documents and compare them with the current version.
