    Closed items can be viewed in the system by going to the “Documents” tab in the main menu. From there, you can select the “Closed Items” option to view all documents that have been closed. You can also search for specific documents by entering the document number or other criteria.

    When viewing closed items, it is important to remember that they cannot be edited or changed in any way. If you need to make changes to a document, you will need to open it again and make the necessary changes before closing it again.
