    A child category is a subcategory of a parent category in SAP Business One. It is used to further organize items within the parent category. For example, a parent category may be “Office Supplies” and the child categories may be “Pens”, “Paper”, and “Envelopes”. 
    
    How to Use It: 
    In SAP Business One, child categories are created within the parent category. To create a child category, go to the Inventory tab and select “Categories”. Select the parent category and then click “New Child Category”. Enter the name of the child category and click “Save”.

    When creating child categories, it is important to make sure that they are organized in a logical way that makes sense for your business. This will make it easier to find items when searching for them in SAP Business One.
