  • Key Concepts:
Annual profit is a measure of the total amount of money a business has earned over the course of a year. It is calculated by subtracting total expenses from total revenue. In SAP Business One (SBO), annual profit is used to measure the financial performance of a business and can be used to make decisions about investments, expansion, and other financial matters.

    How to use it:
In SBO, annual profit can be calculated by accessing the Financial Reports tab in the main menu. From there, select “Profit & Loss” and enter the desired date range. The report will display the total revenue and expenses for that period, as well as the net profit or loss.

    Tips & Tricks:
It is important to note that annual profit does not take into account any non-cash expenses such as depreciation or amortization. Additionally, it is important to compare annual profits over multiple years in order to get an accurate picture of a business’s financial performance.
