In the chart editor you choose to display the dimensions on legend; Buyer is taken as the Group, Supplier Diversity as the Series, Calendar Year is displayed as a possible filter for the chart - selecting 2009 from the dropdown for the dimension displays different data to 2010. If you choose to display measures on legend and you have added more than one dimension; the additional dimensions are displayed as filters.
