  How to use it: 
  In SAP QM, Quality Assurance Agreements are created in the Quality Assurance Agreement (QAA) transaction. The agreement is then assigned to a material or service in the Material Master or Service Master. The agreement can also be assigned to a vendor in the Vendor Master. Once the agreement is assigned, it will be used to monitor and control the quality of the product or service.
