  • Key Concepts:
A stability study is a type of quality control process used in SAP Quality Management (QM) to ensure that products remain stable over time. It involves testing the product at different points in its life cycle to determine if any changes have occurred that could affect its quality or performance. The results of the study are used to make decisions about the product's shelf life and other factors.

    How to use it:
In SAP QM, stability studies are conducted using the QM-ST Stability Studies component. This component allows users to define the parameters of the study, such as the sample size, test duration, and test conditions. Once the parameters are set, the system will automatically generate a report with the results of the study. The report can then be used to make decisions about the product's shelf life and other factors.

    Tips & Tricks:
When setting up a stability study in SAP QM, it is important to consider all potential factors that could affect the product's stability over time. This includes environmental factors such as temperature and humidity, as well as chemical and physical factors such as pH levels and particle size. It is also important to consider how long the study should last in order to get accurate results.
